Koto City Cultural Programme
Kabuki is traditional Japanese theatre drama that has a history of more than 400 years, greatly known worldwide as a symbol of Japanese culture. This program will introduce various elements of Kabuki, such as basic moves, costumes, music, and stage properties. Each program will be explained to a point which are usually not explained in regular performances. You can also experience musical instruments that are used in actual performances. Enjoy and explore the world of Kabuki!

|The Basics of Kabuki -KABUKI for Everyone-||In this program, professional Kabuki actors will introduce the basics of Kabuki in both English and Japanese. The dance ,-Fujimusume-, will be performed at the end of the show.|
